A little bit about me…

I was born in Venezuela to a Peruvian family. My dad's work in international finance took us to four different countries before we settled in Georgia when I was ten—I've been here ever since.

Those early years taught me adaptability and resilience—how to find my footing in new places and turn uncertainty into opportunity. I am naturally curious, driven, and once I set my mind to something, I see it through. What has always motivated me is the desire to make a real impact—whether in business, service, or my personal life.

I’ve worked across professional sports (Atlanta Hawks, Bleacher Report, NBA), aviation (Delta Air Lines), and anti-human trafficking (Wellspring Living)—an area I'm deeply passionate about. The settings have varied, but my approach has stayed consistent.

Hi, I’m Ale Teti

My Approach

I start by understanding your organization—its mission, people, and day-to-day realities. I listen closely, learn from your team, and identify where there's room for growth or better alignment.

From there, I help clarify priorities, address gaps, and streamline processes in practical, sustainable ways. I work collaboratively with leadership and teams to make sure solutions actually fit your context and can be maintained.

I have seen firsthand that when resources are tight—time, budget, or staffing—teams are often moving so fast just to keep up that it's hard to pause and refocus. That's why I started this practice.

My goal is to be the one who steps back to see what's actually happening—then partner with you to discern what matters most, find the clearest path forward, and move with clarity in the work you're called to do.
